Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Proposed Training Facility Addition

In October of 2010 Evans Engineering & Design Build Services Inc. completed the site work/ underground utility infrastructure for this 32.24 acre Redevelopment. The Sheriff's Traning Facility is located on S.R. 39 in Lithia, FL. The Natural Gas Fueling Station is located on North Hercules Avenue adjacent to the Airpark in Clearwater, FL. The project is classified as a mixed use Commercial and has a project area of approximately 1.0 acres of site work.

Scope Of Work: Clearing and grubbing of existing vegetation and tree removal, Demolition and removal of existing concrete driveways, concrete sidewalks, curbing. The Sam's Club is located at 7001 Park Blvd, in Pinellas Park, FL. The project is classified as a commercial remodel and has a project area of approximately 17.0 acres of site work.

Scope Of Work: Demolition and removal of existing asphalt, road base, concrete curbing, concrete sidewalks, firelines, sanitary grease traps, traffic signs. Stormwater Infrastructure, Sanitary sewer collection system with grease traps, Fire Line with hydrant installation, Erosion Control Measures, Maintenance Of Traffic Control, modify existing parking space geometrical layout with new space layouts meeting ADA Compliance. Road base & asphalt construction, Concrete flatwork & curbing installation, Cart Corral installation, Traffic control signs and striping.
