Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Proposed Training Facility Addition

In October of 2010 Evans Engineering & Design Build Services Inc. completed the site work/ underground utility infrastructure for this 32.24 acre Redevelopment. The Sheriff's Traning Facility is located on S.R. 39 in Lithia, FL. In August of 2011 Evans Engineering & Design Build Services Inc. completed the site work/ underground utility infrastructure for the Sam's Club remodeling project. Stormwater Infrastructure, Sanitary sewer collection system with grease traps, Water Line with hydrant installation, Erosion Control Measures, Maintenance Of Traffic Control, modify existing parking space geometrical layout with new space layouts meeting ADA Compliance. Aqualea Resort/Hyatt Regency Stormwater Vault Rehabilitation

In February of 2012 Evans Engineering & Design Build Services Inc. completed the rehabilitation of the existing underground Stormwater Vault beneath the Hyatt Regency hotel. The Aqualea Resort is located at 301 S Gulfview Blvd, in Clearwater, FL. The project is classified as a stormwater infrastructure rehabilitation project.

Scope Of Work: Modify drainage outfall structure, Demolition and removal of existing concrete vault slab, Design & Installation of cofferdam for construction of concrete wet well lift station, Install 2" Ebra grinder pumps within a newly constructed concrete wet well, Install 80 l.f. of 2" force main for discharge into Gulfview Blvd curb inlet, Maintenance Of Traffic Control.

The Marine Max project is located at 6810 Gulfport Boulevard South, in South Pasadena, FL.
